Privacy Policy
ABC Adventure collects no data. It works entirely offline, has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics.
Overview
ABC Adventure is an educational app that helps young children learn the letters of the alphabet. It was built so that everything a child does in the app stays on the device. The app has no server, and it does not connect to the internet.
Information We Collect
None. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Specifically, the app does not:
- ask for a name, email address, phone number, or date of birth;
- require an account, a login, or a subscription;
- include analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking of any kind;
- include third-party SDKs that collect data;
- contain in-app purchases or links out to other websites or stores.
Information Stored on Your Device
To remember where a child left off, the app saves a small amount of learning progress in the device's own app storage:
- which course is currently unlocked;
- which courses have been viewed;
- which courses have been passed.
That is the complete list. It contains no personal information, it never leaves the device, and it is not accessible to us or to anyone else.
Deleting the Data
Deleting the app from the device permanently removes all of the stored progress. There is nothing to request from us, because we never receive it.
Speech and Device Permissions
The app uses the operating system's built-in speech synthesis to read letters and words aloud. It does not record any audio, and it does not send text to us or to any third-party service.
The app requests no permissions at all. It does not access the microphone, camera, photos, location, contacts, calendars, health data, or the device's advertising identifier.
Children's Privacy
ABC Adventure is intended for young children and is designed to be safe for them to use unsupervised. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. This is intended to satisfy the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the corresponding provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
There is no advertising, no external link, no chat or social feature, and no way for a child to send or receive information through the app.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
